In Short Shopping, dining, courtyards and theaters, the ambitious Hollywood & Highland entertainment complex lures tourists and locals alike back to Tinseltown's famous boulevard. Sure, the towering marble elephants, majestic Babylon Court and sparkling Renaissance Hollywood Hotel may clash with the surrounding gritty boulevard, but not for long.

I don't know why so many have complained about the parking, as every time i have been there parking is not a problem at all.
I do agree it is hard to find your way around despite the "layout" board. it seems a bit like a maze where you think you are going one place and then end up right back where you started. The Coldstone ice cream always sems to run out of many flavors at least on the weekends ... more

I love this place, but i'm not a shopper. It's big, is almost always empty, sparkling clean, full of future history, and is next to three excellent movie theaters - Grauman's, The El Capitan, and the Chinese 6. Just remember to get your parking ticket validated before escaping the vast underground parking garage maze of doom!

First of all, if their intention was to confuse the peanuts out of us ... they have succeeded. Second of all, if you're not a tourist, don't bother. There's nothing new to see for us angelenos!

Although they have a well-stocked Sephora, all the other stores are less than enticing, not to mention overpriced. When I first went, only half of the stores were open and parking was $13. So ... more
