Booked this place for only 3 days, you wouldn't want to spend too much time here, but really what are you doing in the hotel in LA! For the price and the location it's really cheap! but the bathroom and bedroom need some serious updating. It wasn't dirty as such, just dated and old. Sheets were clean

Stayed here one night in the executive 2-queen with 5 friends in early December 2006. You can tell the hotel used to be an apartment/housing building when you drive up. Area does not seem that sketchy, I felt safe enough staying here & leaving my car parked outside in the lot. Employees were very helpful & courteous; excellent service. The rooms are of questionable cleanliness, and you may have a hard time finding a place to park if the hotel is full, but the rates are so cheap that this hotel is unbeatable for the budget traveller.
