I had the worst experience with this company. Marissa was handling my account and they were very nice intially. She promised this big beautiful bus and was very strong in telling me that I couldn't see the bus but insisted on sending me pictures. My trip to Quincy,MA for a wedding was a real pleasure due to the overall service and our driver, Phil. He was a real pro and the best in all ways. We were 20 passengers including eight children who were all thrilled when they saw the party bus. If any future needs for bus transportation are needed I would only consider Hollywood Bus & Limo of Staten Island New York
