I got a great haircut, dont get me wrong, but I could have gotten just as good of a haircut at numerous other placed for a much better price. They charged me $70 (before tip) for a HAIRCUT! A simple trim should never cost that much, I was appalled. It's not even like it's a really nice salon. Aveda salons are cheaper than that ($40-$50) and they are much nicer. Once I moved here, a friend suggested Sara at the Holiday Salon. The experience was great, I sat back with a glass of wine while getting my hair cut. She was able to give me suggestions and did a fabulous job. I have been going to Laurie (one of the owners) for more years than i want to remember...she is not only talented and professional, she is a true artist. People I don't even know are always asking me where i get my hair done. I would follow Laurie anywhere!
