Very nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Rooms are very clean and quite large for most hotels. Staff is extremely friendly. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Winter Haven. Parking can be a little tough but definitely worth it. I would definitely stay here next year for the Sebring 12 Race.

We spent three nights at the HI as part of a family visit. The room was clean and adequate. The bath was handicap accessible as promised (not a given unfortunately). The hotel is immaculate and looks new. The room had a mini-fridge, which was a real plus. The hotel staff was wonderful. We had the buffet one morning and room service one evening. Both were great. Nice but not worth the

The room itself was comfortable, but noisy. We could hear the rooms upstairs every time someone flushed the toilet or showered. We we also surprised that the water pressure at 6 a.m. On Sunday morning was pathetic. The excuse was that the hotel was full but very few people were up when we went to check out and hour later....

We stayed here while we attended Legoland, 3 miles down the road from Legoland, very clean, Outback steakhouse located in same parking lot, so able to walk to dinner a few feet away. Very happy with this hotel, and would recommend anyone to stay here. Felt very safe, with a quiet comfortable stay
