All in all, not bad but the hotel is undergoing renovations and the hammering started at 7:00 am! We comlained the first day and were promised it would not start until at least 8:00 the following morning. WRONG - it began again way before 8:00 am. We recently stayed at this property for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised! The location is ideal for most everything in the Vanderbilt area. The room was spacious and clean, and included a small refrigerator and microwave. We visited the bar area one night, and although the drinks were good, the atmosphere was a bit drab.
