Not good. Lamp not plugged, room service to find extension, we were told too loud twice, ad.said free shuttle within 5 miles but later told just for airport plus the free breakfast ended b4 10am, for $133 it sucked

I was there for a wrestling tournament. The proximity to the civic center was great. The staff was professional and courteous.
First time there on a weekend nite. A lot of ppl in the lobby area who were not guests of the hotel but were guests of the restaurant / bar there. Police presence on Saturday nite scared my children.
