Good rooms. Clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast underwhelming and served by a staff that didn't seem very engaged. Getting to breakfast calls for a coat. Once the renovations are complete think they'll be fine, but until then caution.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn and had a very nice stay The room was clean, bed was super comfy, room was quiet and the staff VERY HELPFUL. It was in a safe area, and very close to a Target just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Fine hotel

Our room was clean, comfortable and warm (below freezing outside). We were greeted with cookies. We love Holiday Inns and used reward points on a trip from NH to TX. We would gladly return. This hotel is typical of the quality we find in this chain.

An excellent option if you're in Westchester

I stayed there on three or four occasions in a short period of time, and every time was pleasant. I liked that they acknowledged my IHG Gold status with bottles of water and a trail mix bag, in addition to upgrading my room to a King Executive. Rooms were spacious, with lots of usb ports and outlets on either side...

It seems this place has been under construction for years. I stay here because the company I consult with is located in Mt. Kisco...There again is NO elevator!!! I hurt my knee tearing the meniscus.... I had to carry 2 large suitcases up a flight of steps.... next, the breakfast is one you pay for along with tips!!! there wasn't...
