Very clean, felt very safe in the hotel. The staff was extremely friend. In room refrigerators would have been the only recommendation I have. Great visit.

I will definitely come back again! I have stayed at this hotel many times, and always know I am going to have a very nice, comfortable stay. The rooms are always very clean and the staff is as good as it gets.

This is a great location in Knoxville; enjoy getting up in the morning and running through World’s Fair Park, down to Neyland stadium, and long the Tennessee River. Very close walk over to Market Square and downtown area. ALL of the staff from check in, to restaurant, to housekeeping are all extremely friendly and accommodating

Good comfortable bed. Was able to get a good night sleep. Internet however, was terrible during stay and many times either couldn't get on wifi or was super slow.
