Nice outside appearance, terrible inside

The first room they gave me the air conditioner didn't work. In second room the carpet was tore up by the bathroom door, the wallpaper was falling off the walls, room looked old and smelled musty.Then had to call the front desk at midnight and complain because they had people hanging out in parking lot with radio turned up. This continued all night even after I complained. Will not stay here...

Very expensive for the quality of the hotel. Very dated. Clean but could certainly use a remodel. We needed a place to stay while driving through and most hotels were booked due to an event in town, which probably is why they could charge $190 for 4 of us. While I've stayed in worse, we won't likely pick this one again if given a choice

The new carpet smell was evident, debris on the floor. Hair on two pillows. A hand towel was soiled. We asked for a new room.
