He was very courteous and wide awake at the late hour. I did not have our member information and he looked it up for us so we could get credit for our stay. The next morning there were two people at the front desk, a man and a women, both very friendly and willing to enter into a quick conversation each time I passed by loading each individual suitcase or bag as my wife gave them up. Staff is very pleasant, informative, friendly. I did ask about the IHG card before it was mentioned to me. We generally look for this hotel before any other.

This is a great place to stay if you wan to relax from the exhaustive driving. A hop from the I-70 exit ramp and short distance from all the amenities.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times. The staff has always been very polite and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I get up early in the morning and I can go down stairs and have a comfortable place to set and my laptop works great. This keeps from waking up the sleeping bear.
