just picked a hotel that looked nice, for an impromptu getaway. nice community. really had no plans other than taking granddaughter to the indoor water park in flint. (20 min away)

Good hotel for Jacksonville

Very clean hotel and room. Front desk was efficient. The breakfast was typical Express but they did a good job keeping plenty of food and coffee. I stay mainly with this chain and this hotel was above average.

There are several of us who stay at HI to attend seminary classes in Jacksonville. We are there six days a years We enjoy the fact that HI is close, clean, nice staff and great breakfast to start the day.

Awful! They did not have a crib as advertised. I got the suite for the queen pull out bed and they did not even have a blanket for us to us. The guests that where above us where up all night making noise and being loud. I will NEVER use this hotel again for friends or family.
