Maid left our hotel door open after cleaning. Latch propped door open. Major faux pas. My husband had to call the front desk to ask what was going on. Fortunately nothing appeared to be moved/stolen. Also mgmt was unwilling to give us an early departure without charging a fee, putting blame on Expedia. We all know by now Expedia will reimburse if the hotel agrees to it. We were in Denver for...
