We had a very short overnight stay at this hotel so I cannot provide a review of the entire property. The first thing you note is how scrupulously clean and fresh everything is. I will say this is decent hotel. I had a clean room, a comfortable bed, a hot shower and a typical express breakfast. Staff were friendly. However there were things that just fell short.

The pool heater was broken and the pool was locked. Went to our room the shower head was broken , went out to tour Kent asked the front desk for someone to fix the shower head. Said they would send someone up in 5 minutes. When we woke up the next day I went to shower but it still was...

We were pleasantly surprised by the facility. Initially concerned about the exterior condition, we were delighted by the interior renovation. Staff was friendly and room more than adequate, clean and decently appointed.
