Solid all around stay

The hotel was everything I needed for a quick stay in Binghamton. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. The hot breakfast was actually a hot breakfast. The room was very nice for the price. Only complaint is that the "fitness center" should probably be renamed a closet.

Although the free food was sub optimal, the room was very comfortable and the fitness center is incredible. They even leave towels on the equipment for you which really helped me. Amazing hotel, amazing staff they really care for their guests

My family and I have stayed here on numerous occasions. We have never had a bad experience. The rooms are clean and we'll taken care of. The pool is always warm and the staff treats you with respect. Recently we chose to try the hotel across the parking lot and it was the most horrible experience we have ever had....

Our family loved our stay in this hotel. Wednesday appreciation night dinner is awesome. Clean bathrooms. Strong wifi. The staff are great. Everyone is so warm and accomodating except for 1 lady but, hey, maybe she's been tired lately or having bad days. Overall, very pleasant and comfortable stay.

If you stay at this hotel then hopefully you have been lucky enough to meet Laura. Laura is such a friendly face at the front desk and so very helpful. There is a sign above the desk that says "Because nice matters" and this hotel stands by this! If you have to stay in Binghamton, this is a great hotel!...
