We arrived on a quiet night for this hotel and received an upgrade to a better room with a fireplace and a Jacuzzi. We were warmly greeted by Beau at the front desk. She even let us know when she took warm cookies out of the oven! Breakfast was fine and we enjoyed a clean, quiet and well appointed room...

From our check-in with Kari (extremely helpful and personable), to our very clean room, and a great breakfast, everything about this hotel was more than we expected. We always try to stay at HIE's and this one is why we do. Even the stairwell was clean.

We stayed here several years ago and thought it was a wonderful hotel. Our opinion has not changed. Rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. We used some of our reward points so our room was free. In the past we had a different rewards card from another hotel chain and whenever we redeemed our points for a free room...

We stopped in a day earlier then planned, refugees from a Wisconsin snowstorm. Front Desk staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was decorated very nicely and the beds were very comfy. One of the gals, Cantana, gave us recommendations for restaurants and directions. Later when I went down to get ice and ask for more plastic cups...
