We had a late check in (10pm), and the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The only negative was the lobby construction made it difficult to find the entrance (which will be temporary ). Other than that, the best feature was the staff. The breakfast was good and the employee taking care of it was helpful and nice and did a good job. The room was clean. We stayed 3 nights. Reasonable hotel near the freeway.

The price was right because all hotels near downtown were nearly double due to the ComicCon weekend. The accommodations were comfortable & the free breakfast was an added plus.

We stayed in a handicapped room which was very spacious, but the hand-held shower was difficult to use and definitely too short
