Woke up in the morning with bites all over me. Hotel management was very dismissive and rude.
Threw away everything I had with me. The hotel looks nice outside but its full of parasites.

I booked 3 rooms for my family and siblings' families traveling to Richmond to watch our nephew play college baseball all weekend. I am very picky about hotels and a little wary of booking in towns with no "4-star" accommodations. I filter all hotel bookings through multiple bedbug registries and do my own careful inspection upon check-in before bringing luggage...

Staff was extremely gracious upon our arrival. Checked us in early and upgraded our room. Very helpful. Inn is right off I-75. In Richmond,Ky.
Adequate parking facilities and several convenient restaurant nearby. Included Breakfast was more than adequate and our room was spotless and very modern. No problems, no complaints and no concerns. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Customer services was not great. Rooms are clean. But don't ask for anything at the front desk. Kids did enjoy the breakfast. Bed are a little hard. Asked for 3 rooms with 2 beds she said don't have any but when we went to our room found two out of three had two beds. The was a nice surprise.
