The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. As for "if you forgot something", forget it. They did not have aspirin or hair spray, so no help there.
Due to family issues ad several trip to KU Med.
The parking lot is shared by a college bar so evening parking is a problem. The point system is to confusing.

You just about can't do better, if you're interested in visiting Westport or (as we were) going to a show at the Uptown. There was plenty of parking, and despite this hotel's location in the middle of a bunch of nightspots, it was quiet and comfortable. The room was adequate. The breakfast was horrible. The worst part of the expierience was the shower. I had to be at a corporate meeting early in the morning. The shower was ice cold!!! When I complained to the front desk they suggested I get up earlier so the water would be warmer!
