The hotel met all my basic expectations. However, two areas that could be improved was bathroom floor cleanliness, and the water for my shower was more warm than hot.

Aside from the softball teams running up and down the halls and taking up all of the tables at breakfast, the visit was okay. the breakfast was good and good coffee too. The housekeeping service the first night was incomplete. The bed was made and that was about it. The housekeeper didn't even take out my breakfast tray with the empty cereal box and milk carton. I went to the hotel since it was right off the interstate. I took my wife and 3 children. We were inconvienced by the fact that the beds were so firm. In this age of gluten intolerance and food allergies, I guess my family got spoiled. No pillow-top mattress or semi firm to switch/upgrade to. My wife was sore by 5:00am from tossing and turning.
