We booked a room at another hotel but left in disgust. The Holiday Inn Express was just down the road. We told them of our situation and they were more than accommodating to our needs. It was a pleasant stay and breakfast wasn't too bad either. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff is nice and friendly. It is a pet friendly hotel. Common areas clean. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean. Very few hotels in the area. Eastern shore of Virginia is a quaint area. Beaches are not crowded. It is a fisherman's haven.

Great Staff, Nice Room

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on May 10 during our vacation to the east coast. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. We most appreciated the front desk staff. They were very friendly, helpful and gracious. We love the Keurig coffee machines in the rooms in Holiday Inn Express hotels.

We had made last minute reservations- when on the phone I was transferred and they tried to sell me. Three night stay somewhere...when I said I wasn't interested- the salesperson was pretty rude.
