The manger is very rude, she won't even try to help customers who have stayed at her hotel multiple times. I did not write down my cancellation number because I've never had an issue before. I did remember who I spoke with and tried to tell the manager, but she refused to even look into the issue. I will have...

We stayed here for one night. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast. However, if noise is an issue for you, the HVAC units going on and off very loudly makes getting a good night's sleep problematic. The hotel is very clean and well kept, but the HVAC noise issue was bothersome.

Stayed here for business. Room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. The location was great since it was only about five minutes from where i was working.

This is a nice clean, newer looking property. It is in a very busy location though. Traffic on I40 can be very heavy. But if you quickly learn to use the road that runs in front of the hotel it makes things easier. The area around the hotel is nice and is quiet considering the proximity of two major highways....
