Went with family to Alabama for 1st time, we didn't know what to expect. The hotel interior decor was amazing using the right soothing color combo that radiates southern hospitality. Front desk staff were helpful & friendly. Room decor & size were perfect. They offer the best tasting coffee complimentary in the lobby & sometimes you can catch the freshly baked cookies. I accidentally booked the wrong room, meaning only one bed instead of two.... But the staff was quick to get me another bed, so that we could still sleep everyone comfortably. They were always friendly and would try to fulfill any and every need. Breakfast was also enjoyable every morning, as we spent a week there.

It was very clean. Loved the salt water pool. My toilet wouldn't flush and someone was there to fix it within minutes of my inquiry
