did not have enough linen for number of people in room requested more the front desk said come get another set instead of offering to bring it to the room. so i requested them to bring it and then they sent someone. i needed a handicap chair for shower and was told they only had one in handicap room which was unfortunate. the chair would have made my stay much better, i was surprised since your...

Great place to stay

We arrive at the hotel and was greeted by very friendly staff. After checking into our room we went to the pool and grandchildren had a great time in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night but have recommended it to other friends since being there. The breakfast was very good.

Close & convenient to shopping, Fairhope and the bay. Great hotel, clean, good breakfast, felt safe. Will definitely stay there again!

Close to I-10, average otherwise

Average hotel. Staff cordial-indifferent. Television didn't work properly, despite 2 attempts by staff to fix it . One day our towels & garbage were taken; however there were no clean towels returned & the beds weren't made. The complete breakfast each morning was pretty good, but access to the I-10 freeway was its best feature.
