After a plane malfunction, NWA gave us a free night at this hotel along with some food vouchers. The hotel is still under renovation. If you are expecting a relaxing good night sleep, this is not the hotel for you. The A/C was very loud. The only way I could get some sleep was by using their complementary ear plugs. I was exhausted after spending 4 nights there with no sleep.
I stayed here 4 nights on business. Staff was very courteous and rooms are nice. It has recently been remodeled since it became a Crowne Plaza.
