Miles from anywhere

Our flight arrived late and we struggled to find the hotel in the dark. It is situated on a major road junction and miles from any restaurants. The receptionist informed us that the hotel had "a full service restaurant" which turned out to be a few tables in the bar area with a very limited menu.

Acceptable value for the money

The hotel is well-maintained and clean. Nice to have free parking. We partly stayed here for the 1/3-walk to the metro station, and that worked out fine. Medium-level price was acceptable given hotel quality and amenities. Staff very helpful.

Great Location, but needs to be updated

While the staff was very helpful and competent, the hotel facilities needed an update. My wife, granddaughter and I stayed in the Holiday Inn Market Center over the Labor Day weekend to attend a wedding at the Dallas Aquarium. The location was perfect. The rooms and lobby needed renovation.

The room was great. A pleasant and will stay in time in town. Internet works will and the gym is nice. Breakfast is great if you are up. Walking distance to all types of great food. Will recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is very convenient to the medical center and provides a shuttle service. When we checked in we were asked the reason for the stay. We advised it was to support friends while in the hospital. The person at the desk advised that there was a rate for medical and changed our booking with the lower rate. It was...

Though this property as a whole could do with a few improvements, management makes sure that there's enough TLC put into making what they have the best it can be. Linens and mattresses appear to have gotten a bit of an upgrade, which is a great place to start.
