“Surly Night Clerk but GREAT Day Clerk”

I checked in at midnight. The night clerk was somewhat surly. When I got to my room and opened the luggage rack, the rack literally fell apart. When I went to use the bathroom, I found that I had been checked into a room with a handicapped accessible shower. Insofar as I am not handicapped and had been looking forward to a hot bath, I decided to call the desk to see if I could switch rooms. No...
