This is true... have not stayed in the hotel but I have been in the lobby and ate in the restaurant. The food is amazing and well priced and the hotel lobby looks like something out of a New York magazine... not like any Holiday Inn I ever stayed in growing up. If the rooms are as half as nice as the first floor... then they have the complete package. I'm staying next weekend with my wife to go...

Does not accept pets. Also claims they have never accepted pets... curious. Curiously annoying. Also annoying: reviews on Citysearch must be 100 characters. I had to pad this one out.

Was in Charlotte on bizz. Holiday Inn very convenient. Had a junior suite and it was very comfortable. Next door to Mert's Heart and Soul and a cleaners which I used. Front desk when I checked in very friendly and nice. Front desk when I checked out (different person) was very snobbish like he was at the Four Seasons or...
