This is true... have not stayed in the hotel but I have been in the lobby and ate in the restaurant. The food is amazing and well priced and the hotel lobby looks like something out of a New York magazine... not like any Holiday Inn I ever stayed in growing up. If the rooms are as half as nice as the first floor... then they have the complete package. I'm staying next weekend with my wife to go... more

Was in Charlotte on bizz. Holiday Inn very convenient. Had a junior suite and it was very comfortable. Next door to Mert's Heart and Soul and a cleaners which I used.
