Very comfortable beds

I may have gotten lucky, but the bed in my room was exceptionally comfortable. So much so that for the first time in months I slept soundly for over 5 hours!! Stayed here several times as it is close to out of town family. I often travel alone and feel very safe here. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The front desk has always been quick to address any problems.

Room was next to an elevator.

Room was too noisy. Air conditioner was right next to bed and was too loud. Continually turning on and of.
I specifically requested a room away from elevator. When I got to check in there was a delay with my room and I was changed and put in front of elevator. I was unhappy with this level of service.
