Strictly a chili and brisket sandwich kind of place. The former is award-winning stuff, easy on the black beans, heavy on the ground meat, all in a thick, spicy sauce. Sandwiches come with turkey, pork, or beef brisket.
Our law firm had these folks cater our annual summer shin-dig for 50 people and they did an amazing job! Not only was the beef, pork, turkey and hot links huge hits, they have homemade BBQ baked/smoked beans which were out of this world. I had a ton of compliments on the food from the lawyers and guests. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.
