We called more than a month in advance to receive
Hofer's tuning. When we spoke, he said that he would either tune the piano the day before our performance or the day of. I told him I would prefer the day before. He said ok......
When the day came, he never called, so I called him to remind him about our appointment. He never called back . Needless to say our performance went on...
