Be prepared to spend an hour WAITING IN LINE!!! I avoid this place at all costs now because I would rather pay more elsewhere where I can not have to wait for a manager to be called to the front because of a return and again and again and again. The manager should work at the front and make it easier for your customers. Remember us? Ya know the people who spend money in your store?

I placed on order almost 3 weeks ago at the Foothill Ranch location. I was given the rain check for 30 Glass Candle holders on 4/2.
