The rooms were great, but the management is terrible. Most of the staff was friendly, but when we had to call about a credit card dispute it took them a week to do anything about it after we called on a daily basis. I would much rather stay at the Tutwiler.

This is a great hotel! It has a wonderful downtown location! It is in walking distance from a lot of places and a short driving distance from everything!

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very welcoming. They greeted us as we entered and they were pleased to help.
