Quick visit. Room had little air circulation. Hotel was pretty standard, a bit tired. The hotel bar had no waitress. Drinks watery, service very slow. I am sure that there are better spots in San Antonio. Not right at the airport, but close.
Three night two day stay for business. Walking distance to a few restaurants but a 20min drive without traffic to the Riverwalk. Room was comfortable and clean but the executive lounge was an after thought. Very small and packed with people with no where to sit. Food was average at best.
Best Hilton. Rooms are well kept. Free WiFi. Breakfast is buffet is worth the price. Valet driver Walter helped me right away with my bags, and parked my car . Dirty room, found someone else's hair in my bed, clogged shower, clogged toilet, rude staff... I had trouble checking in, had a slight hiccup with my credit card and the front desk person literally grabbed the key out of my hand.
The check-in was slow because of some errors with the equipment at the counter.
The room seemed small but was otherwise okay.
The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating.
Not a very convenient location if you need to walk anywhere.
