overall the staff was great! Very friendly and great with our children. we did have difficulty getting extra wash clothes, but other than the staff was very helpful. Overall, we were happy with the Hilton. Our room was nice and the hotel was in a convenient location for us. I'll start with the big negative and then fill you in on a few of the positives. Check-in was quick and painless. I was upgraded to an Executive Room by the kind and courteous staff. The room was nicely sized with a comfortable bed. The Executive Lounge had an excellent assortment of food and beverages for both the evening reception and breakfast. This hotel is much nicer than the Downtown Hilton, plus free parking. Highly recommended!!
