I only stayed one night but the room was clean, the TVs have Directv, and it was quiet.
The breakfast is very good here with a buffet. For hot items such as breakfast burritos or omelettes, they make them and bring them to your table.
I've never utilized it, but it is directly connected to one of the UND buildings.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff repeatedly demonstrated excellence, the mark of good management. Even the cleaning staff who came to our room to fix our clock demonstrated professionalism and asked if there was anything else they could do for us. Our room was comfortable and clean. This is a terrific place to stay while in Grand Forks. My wife and I have visited 6 times in the last year. It has become our hotel of choice when ever we travel to visit relatives. The facilities are first rate and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Hotel is clean, good beds and very helpful friendly staff. Breakfast is reasonable if free. Not sure I would eat there if it was not free. Comfy beds, decent pool. I recently stayed on the first floor and would not do so again. Extremely loud at night.
