My Mom stayed at Hillside for many years. Unfortunately the owners are
only interested in the almighty dollar. The facility has been recently renovated , but the care of residents remains lacking. Skeleton crews work at night and on weekends. They are unfamiliar with the patients and their needs since these CNA's and nurses only work a few hours a month.

Aides are not trained and have left for better pay and not replaced with competent aides. Care of residences have suffered and staff has low morale due to low pay, no pay increases and lack of respect by management.
