It was clean but no coffee in room our iron, blow dryer towels were no soft at all they was scratchy

Driving from L.A. to Branson, Springdale AR was our scheduled rest stop. The place turned out better than its 1st impression yielded; we even slept somewhat better than we expected as. It's dated but adequate. The dude running it is very friendly and accommodating. Bed could have been more comfortable and a choice of pillow thicknesses would have been nice, but it was CLEAN. 7:30 in the morning and can't get coffee!! Some continental breakfast.. Never again! And I was working working work daily pay daily, and he said if I didn't pay by 5:00, he was throwing my stuff out.

The convenience of its location. Wasn't prepared for my reservation. Had to show them my e-mail verification.\n\nWhen I paid for a second night, they moved us to a different room. The toilet didn't flush. The bathtubs felt squishy when you stepped into them. The rooms smelled of smoke, even the nonsmoking room.
