Contracted Hildenbrand Design to remodel my bathroom, despite his estimate being higher than others. Bathroom LOOKED good enough upon completion, although what I chose for my (almost) $12,000. 6' x 8' bathroom was just plain, basic, no-frills....what I didn't expect to get was a leaking toilet that in the course of 3-1/2 years seeped thru' the ceramic tile & completely ruined the sub-floor, causing the tile to push up & crack, the caulking to pop out & the tile to rock when I walk on it. This leak is barely detectable....it is little more than condensation around the bolt in the tank...
