High chimney installed a gas insert for my.I was qouted by the agent that would be a $900 chargebut finally I noted a $1900 bill on my credit card. I called the company ,did not work .I disputed true my credit card company and is in process.Don't trust them ,never give the company your credit card information

Incompetent, reprehensible. We paid $129 to have our 4 year old chimney cleaned. They dusted and vacuumed, then spent 20 minutes explaining why it would have to be relined, how a chimney cannot be cleaned if it is not cleaned with every cord of wood, that a chimney fire was certain if they did not reline it. They happened to have a brochure on this "service", and had the time to give us a quote...
