We lived here, and upon moving out we were faced with basically criminal and crooked elements - Candace Feldstad and Lonnie Fein, who tried to cheat us on every turn. We are getting legal advice, and I cant imagine how it must be for the poor souls who cant afford to, because we know they try to screw everyone!
BEWARE, 90% OF THE "YES" REPONSES HERE ARE FROM THE STAFF AT AVALON. HAVE THAT ON...

We lived in Avalon for a year and we have liked it. Our neighbors are pretty quite, the office staff is nice, and the maintanence is reponsive. We are sad to leave. The fitness center and pool are also decent. My only complaint is that parking is pretty bad. There are no spots available in the back of the building after 7:00 pm. From what we have seen, the rent is a lot less than other places...

Maintanence was horrible,promised for months,heaters go outand not fixed for 3 weeks,write nasty letters to all tenants,manager is arrogant and unfriendly, traffic is noisy(motorcycles and boom boxes)traffic speeds, dangerous place or children,not enough parking
