Superb customer service

I've been going to Highland Opticians for 38 years, and never had anything but a positive experience. They are competent, pleasant and cheerful. Even if there is a bit of a wait, each customer receives a proper greeting and a "we'll be with you soon". The selection of frames and sunglasses is first rate. That secret shopper (previous review) must have an axe to grind which has nothing to do with the matter at hand!! I'd be hard pressed to think of a better run retail establishment.
