Even though I completed the express checkout, it still took 45 min. I told him specifically what we reserved online and for 25 min he was renting me a truck instead of a trailer. He was the only person at the counter, so anytime a customer would come in he'd leave what he was doing with me. We've rented a lot from u haul in the last few wks and this was a horrible experience.
I reserved a trailer on line and it took 45 mins to pick it up. Also reserved a appliance cart and they didn't have one. They don't help you hook up anything or un hook anything. They shouldn't even be allowed to be a dealer. They are too worried about convience store customers to help uhaul customers. Treated poorly.
Was scheduled to pick-up at a convenience store and a u-haul location was just down the street. Took about 25 minutes to complete the paperwork.
