I have been working at Highgate for four month's now and really enjoy the atmosphere of this community. The reason why I love my job at Highgate is because they are all about working together as a team and helping every individual live a life of purpose.

Come November I will have worked for Highgate for 6yrs! I love it! I have been a carepartner, a lead-carepartner, a medaide and soon to be a receptionist and I love that they give me all of these opportunities to see all the aspects of this building! The staff is very friendly and the residents are truly amazing! I look forward to being there for many years to come!

My mom lives in the assisted living community. She is pretty happy. I, of course, am a bit more critical (cleaning services, etc.) but I realize it is about her, not me. She has reached a point in her life where she needs a lot of understanding, help with meds, bathing, dressing and reminders for events/meals, etc. …
