These guys sold us a collar a couple of weeks ago that simply couldn't work for us. There website claimed that the unit "Works with iPhone and Android"However, when I received the package, there was no instructions on how to use the B-16 Phone Controlled Dog Training Collar, or any other form of paperwork. I ordered a HP1 Sonic Bark Control Collar. What I got was a USED unit with some dogs fur on it! This company sells units that are returned, BEWARE of them DON'T buy anything from them.

Wonderful company! I bought the Power Pet door back in 2008 and it is still working like a charm. Since then I have purchased several other of their smart pet gadgets with very good results. Liz and Marcella are excellent in customer service. I always know I am in good hands when I have a question for either of them. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I purchased a Power Pet door from High Tech Pet Products. The product is nothing short of amazing! I needed a new battery. Since they have their local office in Ventura, I went in to pick it up. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. They gave me lots of great tips and while I was there I looked at their containment and training products and ended up purchasing an electronic dog training device which is also awesome. It's great to have a company with a national presence so close by and still willing to take time with an individual local customer. Great Company and Great products!

I can't believe these guys are still in business. I bought two of their automatic pet doors a couple of years ago and have had nothing but problems. The constuction and design of these doors (nightmares) is shoddy, at best. A quick examination of the inner working of these automatic doors should send you running for the hills.
