I was in need of a rental car and they were the cheapest in town. At the same time I was looking for a moving truck and they happened to be a U-Haul dealer as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

In a word HORRIBLE. The mid-size car they rented us had 103,000 miles on it, a cracked windshield and body damage all over the car. The tires were so bald that I could not go over 60 MPH without almost losing control. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Customer reps appeared disorganized and scattered. I was given an estimate for, and later a receipt for, $91.54 for the use of a 14' truck for 24 hours to move 120 miles, round trip. I returned the truck within about 20 hours. I paid for the van with a Visa CheckCard, which comes out of my checking account. When I later checked my checking account balance, they had charged me $82.50 AND...
