After having my appointment rescheduled, they final showed to repair my pellet stove. A part needed to be order, I called a few weeks later and asked if the part had been order, I was told they would call me back. More than two months later they still have not called back. They were more than willing to take my money for the repair that did not happen.

I disagree to the previous review, I think that there are great deals at Higgins. Not only are the prices great and competitive, the service and salespeople were very friendly and helpful. We definitely had a great experience from start to finish, from purchase to installation. Would highly recommend for all of your related needs.
