I've been a resident of Hidden Oaks Village for three years now. The service is well beyond what I've experienced elsewhere. The Property Manager and Maintenance Technician treat the residents with respect and promptly tend to any issues at hand. Safety and cleanliness are always consistent. You couldn't ask for a better manager. She is very friendly and outgoing, we wish she could be our manager at our home in Santa Barbara.

Hidden Oaks is a quiet spot. Although it is in town it has that "quiet, out in country feel". The units and grounds are spacious and very well maintained. A very good value. I have lived in the area for over 20 years and know the town very well.

I have lived at Hidden Oaks Village for a little over a year. All of my maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner and I have only been treated with respect by the property manager. Not sure about the previous review, but part of the reason I have chosen to stay at HOV is because I feel very comfortable with the apartment manager. I feel very safe here and would highly...
