Once part of a 13,000-acre ranch, the house was built by Samuel Allen, a descendant of the ranch's founding family. Wedding ceremonies are held in the garden or pavilion and can accommodate up to 100 guests. The home's four suites are available for wedding parties only and feature antique furnishings, TV-VCR combos, private phone lines, microwaves, refrigerators and coffeemakers.
