Hickory Hollow hosts live music (from country to Cajun to folk) on the weekends. Friday shows are from 7pm-10pm, Saturday shows 6:30pm-9:30pm and Sunday shows 6pm-9pm. Call for a schedule.
Expert staff will carve the meats right at the buffet table and keep an eye on things so you can be with your guests.
Show up early, even on the weekends. People know the Hollow is good, and the line gets long in a hurry. But it's worth the wait.

I just have to say the sauce is awesome but the ribs were so fatty I felt I was being ripped off. The chopped beef was mushy as well....not the best in Houston but not the worst either.

I have always had good experiences at Hickory Hollow. Yummy food, affordable prices, and there are some menu options that satisfy everyone. Nice atmosphere. Recommend it if you are close.
